Chanhassen, MI–Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI) has added Matthew Lust as its new national product trainer and launched a revamped website dedicated to dealer support.
Lust brings to RTI 15 years of experience selling and installing custom home electronics. He will manage RTI’s national product training schedule available to custom installers through AVAD’s distribution centers and related tradeshows industry-wide.
“We’re very excited to have Matt on our team supporting our training efforts that will coincide with the launch of our new software and control products this summer,” said RTI director of sales and marketing, Pete Baker.
Additionally, RTIs new website offers a secure dealer access area which acts as a 24-hour virtual RTI office. This area allows dealers to gain easy retrieval of RTI’s TheaterTouch Designer 1.12 and 2.0 software packages, master IR library, user guides for all products, as well as answers to frequently asked questions on installation issues. Future enhancements will include a streaming video training area as well as RTI’s image library for every dealer application.
