Newmarket, NH–Russound has initiated a new warranty replacement policy for its ALTx volume controls.
Russound calls the program their “Gold Guarantee” which provides for free, easy replacement on any ALTx volume control to its distributors and dealers.
According to Russound’s product manager, Tom Kusleika, “Russound prides itself on being easy to do business with and our new Gold Guarantee for ALTx volume controls is one more way of demonstrating that. Based on our outstanding track record for quality with the ALTx volume control, we’re so confident in its performance and reliability that we can offer this type of warranty, without worry. Our customers will find this a hassle-free way to do business.”
Effective immediately, Russound will now replace–not repair–any ALTx volume control that is not working properly. Contact Russound customer support and the company will then send out a new one, free of charge. The new Gold Guarantee is effective immediately and Russound reserves the right to require proof of purchase.
