Mahwah, NJ–D&M Holdings Inc. recently announced that Frank Sadowski will join the company as executive vice president of business development on December 1. In the newly created position Sadowski will play a key role in identifying business directions and product strategies to reach the premium CE customer.

Sadowski most recently served as vice president of global CE vendor management at Amazon.com, where spent five years building both domestic and international markets. Before joining Amazon.com, Sadowski was senior vice president of merchandising and operations at 800.com. He also held management positions at Sun Television and Appliance, a regional retailer of consumer electronics and appliances, and SILO INC., a national retailer of consumer electronics and appliances.
