Savant Systems has added SonarGuard to their Excellence in A/V cooperative program, which was designed for compatibility between Savant’s ROSIE control systems and manufacturers from the audio, video, lighting control, HVAC, and security industries, as well as devices and subsystems from many related markets.
SonarGuard provides sonar-based swimming pool security solutions to high-end users through CEDIA integrators. SonarGuard systems monitor any changes in the density of the water and are capable of instantly detecting the presence of even the smallest child. SonarGuard systems are invisible once installed and can address any size pool, according to the company.
“Becoming a part of Savant’s Excellence in A/V program allows us to provide additional benefits to our dealers,” SonarGuard VP Corinne Zemla explained. “Both SonarGuard and Savant cater to the luxury home market, and such residences typically have pools. We think it is a great advantage for our dealers to be able to integrate our system with advanced automation technology such as Savant.”
