Sharp Electronics Corporation (SEC) today announced that Chris Hogan has been named vice president, sales, for Sharp Electronics Marketing Company of America (SEMCA).
In this position, Hogan is responsible for U.S. sales of all Sharp commercial and retail air purification, LED lighting, and appliance products.
Hogan will report to John Herrington, president, SEMCA.
Hogan has extensive experience and a successful track record within the appliance and floor care industries. With more than 20 years of sales experience, Hogan has provided strategic leadership and achievement in all phases of sales and sales management.
Most recently, Hogan served as director of Home Appliance Marketplace Operations at LG Electronics, where he was responsible for the development and execution of U.S. appliance channel sales activities. Prior to that, Hogan served as director of sales, Home Appliances at Samsung Electronics America in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
