SIM2 Launches 'Partnership Promise' Program

Miramar, FL--SIM2 has created a new program calculated to emphasize the companys renewed cooperation with, and commitment to, its U.S. dealer network. SIM2 USAs new Partnership Promise seeks to redefine the standard for manufacturer-dealer/installer cooperation in the high-end custom-theater market.

SIM2s global reputation of excellence, both in pure video performance and in design concept and execution, is the envy of the industry, says SIM2 USA president, Giorgio Corazza.

With Partnership Promise our intention is to duplicate that kind of respect and admiration by delivering the best buyer and ownership experience in the industry, Corazza added. Partnership Promise gives shape to our conviction that SIM2s luxury products absolutely require premium service and support. We appreciate the challenge this represents, but we will accept nothing less of ourselves or our partners. Our standards, and the expectations of our dealers and customers demand it.

SIM2s Partnership Promise is incorporated into the companys redesigned 2007 service policy, which has already launched to dealers and custom installers. Among its highlights are immediate access to seven-day telephone service and technical expertise, with extensive after-hours and weekend contact, and a universal 48-hour turnaround on any necessary returns.

Equally important is a new range of factory-supported advance-replacement and repair options. These have been designed to provide dealer/installers factory support and flexibility to address any situation which will help to significantly reduce customer downtime. Finally, the Partnership Promise
includes a new demo warranty program that significantly reduces dealer costs while encouraging customer access to the eyes-on demonstrations that so reliably present SIM2s unexcelled performance.

Partnership Promise also incorporates SIM2s aggressive and extensive training offerings. The coming year will see substantial expansion of the already-numerous roster of ISF, CEDIA, and SIM2 factory training sessions and courses that the company made available to its dealer/installers in 2007.
