SnapAV and BidMagic Partner to Provide Free Proposal Software to Dealers

Charlotte, NC — SnapAV, a manufacturer of more than 550 products for the custom audio-video channel, and BidMagic, the creator of professional proposal software for the custom installer, have formed a joint partnership in which SnapAV dealers can obtain the BidMagic software for free.

Under the program, SnapAV will send dealers the BidMagic software for a six-month free trial period. A percentage of each dealer’s SnapAV purchases will then be applied toward receiving the software (a $1,299 value) for free at the conclusion of the trial period.

The BidMagic software enables dealers to create professional printed proposals of job bids that are well organized, database driven, and can be generated in less than 10 minutes time. The program can associate products; build packages and even display quotes by room, by product category and by build-out stage.

“This is a partnership between two like-minded companies. SnapAV and BidMagic both share a goal of helping custom integrators increase their profits,” SnapAV president Jay Faison said. “Between handling the day-in and day-out tasks of product ordering, selling, and installing, an integrators’ time is often spread thin. BidMagic is a great tool to help ease the burden of administrative tasks, enabling dealers to focus more on revenue opportunities and selling effectively.”

“This partnership provides SnapAV dealers with two distinct benefits,” Faison added. ”First, our dealers will be able to use BidMagic software absolutely free for six months. Second, during those six months, all SnapAV purchases will count toward the purchase of the BidMagic software. Earning the software for free should be easily obtainable for a custom business of any size.”
