Simply Reliable has further integrated its SmartOffice business process software with Control4’s Composer. SmartOffice’s Design Machine feature reads a Control4 program and automatically creates a block schematic and cable schedule for AV integration projects. The entire process takes less than five minutes, SRS says.
Last year at CEDIA EXPO, Simply Reliable showed how a SmartOffice Proposal can automatically create the program for a Control4 automation controller. In addition, existing projects can be imported directly to SmartOffice from Control4 for project management from information shared between the two programs. This new interface will eliminate hours of programming time, the company says.
