On Wednesday, April 10, Stampede Presentation Products, Inc. brings its Spring 2013 Big Book of AV Tour to the Hotel Pennsylvania located at 401 Seventh Avenue, directly across from Penn Station in the heart of New York City.
“The Spring BBOAV Tour is continuing its incredibly successful run across North America as we bring the newest and most exciting ProAV product offerings to America’s biggest city,” said Stampede president and COO Kevin Kelly. “Our dealer partners in the New York City region will have the opportunity to interact with the latest products from exhibiting manufacturers, participate in comprehensive product training sessions, and receive amazing perks that can only be found at the industry’s largest ProAV dealer tour.”
According to Kelly, Vidyo will be on site to demonstrate how to use MiFi with a connected PC and iPad. Two CTS Certified trainings, each worth .5 CTS RU, are scheduled to take place from Hitachi and Sony Unified Communications. Edgar Jimenez, Hitachi Western Zone Manager, will present a training session focused on WHDI and new switchers and doc cameras from Hitachi that allow for wireless content delivery. Sony Video Conferencing Director of Engineering, Paul Dragos, will present a session that includes demonstrations of Sony Video Conferencing products, MediaPointe streaming, Automated Workflow process for content management, and Radvision United Communications. These sessions will take place from 9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m., and 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m., respectively.
All attendees at the New York City stop will receive a $50 AMEX gift card. In addition, attendees will receive a $100 Restaurant.com gift card for every CTS Certified training session they attend. Additionally, all attendees will receive one $500 Stampede Credit that can be applied to any order over $5,000 that is placed with Stampede before May 10, 2013. A complimentary continental breakfast from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., and a lunch buffet from 11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. will be provided by Stampede.
