Starke Sound and FIBBR presented their solutions in partnership at Sound Room 18 yesterday. Starke, which aims to provide high-end, audiophile-grade loudspeakers and amplifiers that can handle the dynamic requirements of home theaters, demoed Dolby Atmos content in a 7.4.3 configuration. The video transmission was carried by FIBBR HDMI cables, which convert a 4K signal to optical and transport it over fiber at distances of up to 50 meters. FIBBR’s 4K cables were recently certified by the ISF.
