Thiel Audio to Exhibit at High End Society Show

THIEL Audio will exhibit its high-performance loudspeakers at the upcoming High End Society Show in Munich, Germany.

Thiel Audio will exhibit its high-performance loudspeakers at the upcoming High End Society Show in Munich, Germany. The show, which is a key international exhibition for high-quality consumer electronics, will open on Thursday, May 14, 2015 and run through Sunday, May 17, 2015. Touting the tagline “Arrive Hear” and “Elevate Every Moment,” Thiel Audio has blended the art of engineering into a comprehensive loudspeaker system for the most discerning of audiophiles, as well as consumers who want a great audio experience in high-end speaker performance.

The TT1 floor-standing speakers (above), and TM3 bookshelf speakers (below). The company recently relocated to Nashville, Tennessee—Music City, USA. The loudspeakers have the distinction of being assembled, inspected, and built by hand in America at the Nashville Operations Center. It is there that every single loudspeaker goes through a rigorous inspection and assembly by a Thiel Audio professional before it leaves the warehouse to be shipped. The company’s inclusion in the High End Society Show will focus on international distribution channels and the introduction of new models.

Thiel Audio will present a range of loudspeakers in Hall 4, Stand D15. Guests of the show will have the exclusive opportunity to experience the visual sophistication and extraordinary audio quality of Thiel’s new 3rd Avenue Collection, named after 3rd Avenue in Nashville, the thoroughfare on which the company’s new corporate headquarters is located, and the site of THIEL Audio’s new event showroom scheduled to open in June, 2015. The 3rd Avenue Collection currently includes the TT1 floor standing loudspeaker, TM3 bookshelf loudspeaker and TC1 center channel with additional models to be launched later this year.

The TT1 is designed to faithfully reproduce your favorite music or soundtrack without any unwanted colorations. The Thiel TT1 utilizes a four-driver array and multi-order crossover network in a heavily braced, vented MDF enclosure. The sculpted elliptical side panels of the TT1 are created using proprietary tooling to achieve a refined visual and audio presentation. Another critical aspect of the TT1 model is the sophisticated manufacturing process, designed to ensure that each production loudspeaker meets the exacting performance specifications. From the initial inspection of the cabinetry to the assembly of every internal component, Thiel Audio experts touch every loudspeaker to insure its quality before it is packaged and shipped.

The Thiel TM3 is a bookshelf speaker that delivers a big, robust sound that defies expectations. Guests of the High End Society show will have the chance to experience every element of the TM-3 speaker including the titanium domed tweeter, customized woofer, braced cabinet and the proprietary waveguide that fills your room with the purest sound possible.

“We are very excited to present the next generation of Thiel Audio products to a wide-range of discerning guests at this year’s High End Society show,” said Grant Halloran, chief financial officer, Thiel Audio. “We hope to demo these loudspeakers with as many people as possible so that everyone can hear and see for themselves the continued passion for sound and attention to detail we have for this legendary brand.”

Thiel’s new TC1 center-channel has been engineered for both accuracy and neutrality. The TC1 has been created to reproduce the unbounded variety of the human voice and its ability to express any emotion in cinema’s infinite spectrum. Features of the TC1 include an aluminum woofer that delivers sensory impact without distracting artifacts, three-way arrangement system integration crossover with tight-tolerance film capacitors, low-distortion air core inductors, and a design focused on sonic accuracy.

The High End Society Show is the oldest specialist exhibition in its field in Europe. The show has long been known as being the central and most established hub of the industry. Manufacturers, importers, distributors, suppliers and retailers from all over the world meet in Munich every year at the High End Society show. More than 400 exhibitors will exhibit more than 900 brands this year.

Thiel Audio offers the selection of loudspeakers in various finishes including Rosewood, Espresso, High-Gloss White, and High-Gloss Black. In the future, the company has plans to introduce additional speakers to round out the 3rd Avenue Collection, as well as architectural speakers and custom finishes.
