Tigerpaw Software Inc. has released an expanded Application Program Interface (API).

This version of the API enhances Tigerpaw Software’s ability to integrate with applications and further expands Tigerpaw’s solution by offering billing integration.

The Tigerpaw Web Services API enables users to securely query and update Tigerpaw data live across the web using third-party applications. The API specifies the type of operations available and the format of the data transmitted to or from Tigerpaw. This enhanced functionality allows third party integrations to add, remove and update charges on a Tigerpaw agreement, offering users an even greater ability to automate their environments, according to the company.

Now users can process credit cards and ACH payments in Tigerpaw and turn recurring monthly invoice generation and collection process into a zero-touch experience. Companies can send one accurate bill for all their services, including those triggered by third party products like back-up, spam filtering and remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.

“The new Tigerpaw Web Services API allows for consistent, complete invoicing for customers and improves efficiency and accuracy for Tigerpaw users,” said Doug Sikora, director of development for Tigerpaw Software. “Through our use of open technology, we provide an easy and complete integration with our partners. The API allows users to combine billing details onto a single invoice making communication with customers easier and providing the automation necessary for improving efficiencies and reducing expenses.”
