Tigerpaw Software Adds Sales Leader to Team

Tigerpaw Software Inc., developer of business automation and service management software, has added Ben Johnson as its new director of sales.

Tigerpaw Software Inc., developer of business automation and service management software, has added Ben Johnson as its new director of sales.

Johnson will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing sales strategies, functions, policies, objectives and initiatives. Other responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results as well as maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators.

Johnson has 20 years of experience in sales management, strategy and forecasting. He previously worked in sales at MaxQV, where he was responsible for the creation, development, implementation, sales, marketing, distribution and execution of new value added media products and technology strategies. Johnson is skilled in P&L management, customer service, business development, performance tracking, marketing analytics, and developing partner programs. He has also held the positions of senior vice president of sales at the AIM Institute and director of sales and operations at Infogroup.

Ben Johnson earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Morningside College.
