Tigerpaw Software announced that it has added several staff members.

“While we have always been focused on customer satisfaction, over the past year we have taken a step back and examined how we could best enhance our overall customer experience,” said James Foxall, president of Tigerpaw. “We were able to identify some areas of opportunity and have brought in additional talent to address those gaps.”

Doug Sikora joins Tigerpaw as director of software development, where he is responsible for managing the development plans, release schedules, and design strategies for new and existing product lines. Sikora has more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership of software development and was previously the vice president of information technology at CSG Systems. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Bellevue University.

Steven Drucker comes to Tigerpaw as a .NET Web Developer, where he will facilitate web-based application development for the portal products, the Tigerpaw web site and Tigerpaw community sites. Drucker brings more than seven years of development experience to his role and joins the company from AgroNational Inc., where he served as a developer. He received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Bill Jaquith moves from serving as the manager of training and education to his new role of reports architect, where he will add reports for new feature sets and analyze existing reports for potential improvements. Jaquith was added as an additional resource to better meet increased client demand for custom reports. He brings 25 years of experience to his role at Tigerpaw, and has held a variety of roles in the IT industry.

Dana Duffy joins Tigerpaw as software support engineer, where he will focus on providing technical support to Tigerpaw users. He is in the process of obtaining his QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certification. Duffy has over eight years experience in application support at Home Instead where he served as a technical support representative. Duffy received his MBA in Marketing from Bellevue University and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Wanda Koory comes to Tigerpaw with more than 15 years experience in providing Internet technical support, hardware support and software support. Koory received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Suzy Kratochvil comes to Tigerpaw as director of training and education, where she will focus on expanding the client on-boarding process and enriching client’s training experiences. She joins Tigerpaw with 25 years of experience in training and education. Kratochvil has earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a BS in Education from Creighton University and her MSED in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Southern California.

Diane Ferrara joins the team as a technical writer, focusing on expanding available training resources and product documentation. Ferrara brings over 14 years of experience as a technical writer and comes to Tigerpaw from DMSi, where she served as a senior tech writer. Ferrara received her Master of Arts degree in Linguistics and English from the University of North Dakota.

Shannon Flynn brings more than 10 years of marketing experience to her role as marketing and media coordinator with Tigerpaw, where she will focus on the company’s communications, email marketing, public relations and social media efforts. Flynn received her Master of Arts in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Iowa State University.
