San Francisco,CA–Parasound has appointed Tom DeFiglio, recently of Dolby Labs, to its Technical Services Group.
“Tom brings an excellent combination of knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm to Parasound’s Technical Services Group,” said Richard Schram, Parasound’s president and founder. “His extensive experience with all aspects of modern audio processing for home theater and music, as well as his background in engineering, design and testing, will make him a valuable addition to our team.”
In addition to seven years as an engineering associate at Dolby Laboratories, DeFiglio has spent over two decades with a wide range of audio technology firms, including Otari, Accurate Sound, and The OAC Group. In his spare time, Tom is musician who plays drums for a San Francisco Bay area blues band called Bluestate.
