By RS Staff Published: August 13, 2015 ⋅ Updated: April 15, 2019 Ultimate Integration debuted its new Experience Center during its third annual BBQ Bash at its Clifton, NJ, headquarters on July 30. “This year, we made it a goal to enhance the dealer experience to ensure they got the most out of their time at the show,” said Matthew Weil, CEO, Ultimate Integration. “We recently completed the remodel of our showroom and unveiled our new Experience Center including a modern smart kitchen and experiential living room.” Ultimate Integration installed a Dolby Atmos living room to demonstrate the technology using Yamaha’s Dolby Atmos-capable Aventage receiver along with its in-ceiling and free-standing speakers for an immersive 5.1.4 sound experience. Attendees were also able to see the 84-inch LG 4K UltraHD TV along with the deep blacks and rich colors the 65-inch LG 4K OLED TV produces. “This year’s show was fantastic,” said Paul Tamberelli, regional manager at Yamaha. “The Ultimate Integration team did a great job with the new Experience Center, and it will prove to be a tremendous resource for Yamaha as well as other manufacturers.” Alan Malowitz, director of sales at Ultimate Integration, said, “Our showroom now becomes a destination for our dealers, they can bring customers and conduct business here. It becomes a real opportunity for dealers to show customers what they can achieve in their home.” With more than 25 manufacturers on hand to demo their latest product lines and run training sessions, more than 150 dealers attended the event to gain valuable face time and network with in-demand vendors. With representatives from a wide range of audio/video manufacturers including Wyrestorm, Vanco, RTI, Arlington, and Core Brands, dealers gained insight into new products and hot lines for the second half of the year. Dealers were also entered to win several grand prizes, one of which was an LG 55EC9300 OLED TV. “Ultimate Integration went above and beyond to create a valuable experience for dealers at this year’s event,” said Brian Stride, managing principal partner at Audio Video Design. “Every year I’ve been able to see new product lines and benefit from aggressive promotions. Though I didn’t win the LG, I did some great business.”
