Atlona has hired Victor Baut as its national sales manager, residential. Baut will oversee Atlona’s residential sales throughout the United States and Canada.
“Because of his long history in the audio-visual market and demonstrated skill in so many aspects of the business — not to mention the industry relationships he has built over the years — Victor will be an invaluable asset to us,” said Matt Bute, director of global sales for Atlona. “His technical expertise, training experience, and reputation for building partnerships will be especially helpful in motivating the sales force and helping them to educate customers.”
Baut began his career as a system designer, installer, and salesperson at one of the country’s preeminent custom installation houses. Since then he has played many roles within the industry, including sales manager for in-wall speaker manufacturer SpeakerCraft and national distribution manager for its parent organization, Core Brands. He has also been a trainer for Monster Cable.
