VITAL has announced its new alliance with Jason Sayen, owner of consulting company I am Sayen, to further strengthen its workflow and processes for existing and new VITAL members.
The combination of VITAL’s data analytics and I am Sayen’s process expertise is designed to enhance members operational performance and efficiency. The partnership will enable members to identify areas of improvement, streamline processes, and optimize their operations to achieve operational excellence.
In addition, VITAL and I am Sayen will co-author workflow documentation tools that will help members quickly implement the VITAL method into their companies.
