VITAL has announced further growth development with the hiring of CE industry veteran Josh Finkelstein, with over two decades of CE and Custom Integration business tenure as a new VITAL Method associate coach.
VITAL is rapidly expanding its team to reach and support even more custom integration businesses in 2022. The VITAL Method is part CFO, part mentor, part accountability coach, part process instructor, and fully all-in on their client’s business success.
Finkelstein has held executive roles at some of the industry’s top businesses. His most recent position was as VP of sales for KLH Audio, where he helped launch and grow the newly purchased and rebranded KLH Audio. Prior executive roles included TargetPath, Ingram Micro, Monster Cable, Circuit City, and The Good Guys. Josh served on CTA’s (Consumer Technology Association) Accessory Board of Directors for many years. Finkelstein will report to Matt Bernath, VITAL’s President
“My passion for music and audio electronics began in high school,” says Finkelstein. “My best friend — who now owns a successful integration business — and I would build speakers for fun. I began selling audio products at The Good Guys in the late ’90s and was promoted into the buying office as a merchant, eventually running the Home, Car, and Portable audio businesses at the corporate level. I absolutely love to help partners become more successful and look forward to reconnecting to many dealers and friends in my new VITAL coaching role.”
As a new VITAL associate coach, Finkelstein will conduct Opportunity Analysis and Coaching Sessions around VITAL’s Toolbox and Community Memberships. VITAL’s Opportunity Analysis benchmarks clienteles’ businesses to hundreds of CI dealers, providing comparative analysis for review and improvements. VITAL’s Memberships offer private coaching, workshops, and access to VITAL’s online community to share strategies and network.
