Each manufacturer may have a different definition. The life of the product it is mounting? The owner’s life? Putting a lifespan, such as 10 years, on their accessory, and after that period of time it is no longer under warranty? Quite simply, we have so much confidence in each and every one of VMP’ products, we have warrantied the entire line beyond anyone’s or anything’s ‘lifetime’…and we are not putting a lifespan on any one of our products.”
The Forever Warranty covers the entire VMP product line (excluding the fan on the DVR-LB1 Lockbox) for as long as the product is used, which can be infinite, so long as the VMP product is being used to its specifications. VMP offers a full replacement guarantee if any one of its products should fail at any time after purchase (excluding the aforementioned fan and any future VMP products deemed unfit for the Forever Warranty due to specific design parameters, such as electrical moving parts).
