NuVo has partnered with Simi Valley, CA-based Volutone to help sell its products, including the new Wireless Audio System.
“NuVo works with exemplary distribution partners to maintain our strong representation in the marketplace. The partnership with Volutone allows us to fill a gap in our local service to the custom install market of the Los Angeles and Simi Valley area,” NuVo president David Rodarte said in a statement. “Having done business with Volutone in the past, and knowing their management team to be highly credible and committed to their customers, to work with them now is a great opportunity for both parties.”
Volutone, which is a member of the Powerhouse Alliance of distributors, is the newest addition to NuVo’s regional distributor network. According to the manufacturer, its Southern California rep and national sales manager were influential in bringing Volutone on board, finally striking a deal during CES.
Volutone maintains six facilities for custom integrator customers throughout Southern California and Nevada. The company supports more than 65 manufacturers, including Pioneer, Russound, Yamaha, LG, Jamo, JVC, and RTI.
