WAVE Adds to 9/3 Rebate Program

WAVE’s 9.3 Kickback program now provides a 4 percent rebate back to the dealer on as little as $2,500 in purchases per quarter.
With the success of the WAVE 9/3 Kickback program, launched in 2014, WAVE has added a new tier designed to make it easier for dealers to achieve a rebate.

The program allows dealers to earn rebates of up to 9 percent back on consumable-type products and 3 percent back on every other brand that WAVE sells. The popularity of the rebate plan drove dealers to achieve rebates at all tiers and give WAVE the opportunity to add a new, smaller level.

“WAVE created the program as a way to give our dealers a way to reward themselves for their ongoing purchases and loyalty,” said Mark Fukuda, president and COO at WAVE Electronics.”

The program now provides a 4 percent rebate back to the dealer on as little as $2,500 in purchases per quarter. As a dealer increases their business, they have the opportunity to earn as much as a 9 percent rebate back. This comes from a huge variety of products under the MSTR brand umbrella including racks, cables, brackets, screens, HDMI distribution products, power conditioning, lighting products, and speakers, but the rebates also add up in the premium products categories. Brands like Sony, Definitive Technology, Bose, and Apple, along with everything else WAVE sells, can earn up to 3 percent in rebates.

“The program allows a dealer to purchase as little as a single HDMI matrix switch to already be at a program level earning rebates,” said Ainslie Fukuda, VP of purchasing at WAVE. “Then imagine every Sony television a dealer purchases getting them a rebate back at the end of the quarter.”
