WAVE Electronics has opened its newest, full featured branch in New Jersey, featuring the latest in products and displays.
The newest northeastern facility is located in Edison, NJ, just outside of Newark and Manhattan. WAVE is opening the branch to showcase an exclusive product mix including Lutron, Bose, Polk, Elite, IC Realtime, Pioneer, RTI, and others. This new full featured location has all of the services and features that WAVE customers in other markets enjoy. These include sound rooms, hand pick areas, training facilities, an “automated living room” and working demos in vignettes.
“This new branch is in a perfect central NJ location, which is right off of the New Jersey Turnpike and near the Garden State Parkway, Route 440 and Interstate 287,” explained Bryan Stewart, vice president of sales for WAVE Electronics. “This location is also very conducive to business for our Metro east dealer base in NY. Having a conveniently located branch filled with automation on demo, allows dealers to understand the technology being presented to them by our sales reps in the field.”
Frank Lepore and Trevor de Maat are the outside sales representatives who handle the territories surrounding the new branch.
“One of the exciting new features we will be able show off in our newest branch is the ability to demonstrate state of the art technology from Just Add Power. We will be able to demonstrate the capabilities of this exclusive line in the NJ location to help dealers overcome traditional HDMI distribution issues,” said Ainslie Fukuda, vice president of purchasing and merchandising.
The New Jersey branch opens its doors with a Pro Control training the first week in its new location. More trainings are already planned to be held in the training room that can hold as many as 50 attendees.
The new branch is located in Raritan Center at 320 Campus Dr. Edison, NJ, 08837 and will house additional brands such as Sony, Onkyo, Atlona, and Jamo.
WAVE has been operating eight successful branches in Texas and Louisiana which cover the Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Mississippi markets, as well as its Florida facility, which is scheduled to open as another full featured branch in 30 days. Each branch utilizes an outside sales representative to cover the associated territory with locations incorporating showroom and training facilities, each ranging in size from 7,000 to 50,000 square feet.
