Wave Electronics has named Mark Fukuda president of distributor Wave Electronics.
Fukuda’s responsibilities will “continue to include sales but also span to all departments at Wave Electronics,” said Gary Wermuth, who is now CEO of the company, in an email to employees and vendors last week.
“This move will also allow me to focus on more of the financial aspects of the business and be more strategic with future projects. This move will also help streamline our continued growth for now and into the future,” Wermuth said in the email.
Wave Electronics is a member of the Powerhouse Alliance, a group of regional distributors that covers the entire 50 states.
Wave’s region within Powerhouse includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
