Bob and Ron’s World Wide Stereo will welcome members of R&B band Earth, Wind & Fire to the AV dealer’s main showroom on June 30, as part of a 40th anniversary promotion sponsored by Monster.
The “VIP Evening” event will include prizes, promotions, product demos, Philly-style food and an autograph signing session with the musicians.
World Wide Stereo was founded 33 years ago by former psychologist and self-professed hippie Bob Cole, an outspoken merchant who served as a multi-term president of his buying group. The two-store specialty chain carries a premium mix of home and car AV and has been active within the community, holding fund-raisers and other showroom events.
