Effective from January 1, 2018, the new five-year warranty increases on the company’s previous three-year limited liability warranty and covers all WyreStorm products, with the exception of its WyreStorm Express line, which retains its one-year warranty.
Illustrating both the company’s confidence in its products and its continued dedication to providing exceptional customer support, WyreStorm’s new five-year warranty automatically applies to all products in its Installer Solutions and Pro AV Solutions lines purchased from January 1, 2018 onward. The company also has backdated the new warranty to include previously purchased products still within their original three-year warranty, effectively adding a further two years to all existing warranty periods.

On the announcement, WyreStorm VP of international sales, Vincent Philippo stated, “The warranty extension from three to five years clearly demonstrates our commitment to both our partners and end users. In a move that further strengthens its value proposition in commercial pro AV as well as residential CI markets, the extended warranty demonstrates WyreStorm’s continued commitment to providing best in class products and leading support, as well as reflecting the company’s belief in the superiority of its technologies over those from competing manufacturers.
WyreStorm also continues its position of not offering warranty on any of its products purchased from non-authorized sales channels, such as online click-to-buy resellers.
