Mark Fisch has been promoted to national sales manager, Yamaha Corporation of America, AV Division, and will be responsible for overseeing AV sales in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Mark will report to Bob Goedken, general manager, AV Division.

Mark began his career at Yamaha in March 2005 as a regional sales manager in the AV Division and was named “Sales Manager of the Year” by the company in 2012 and received “President’s Club” honors in 2011.

“Mark’s attention to detail, leadership in a team environment and ability to drive sales positions him well for the role of national sales manager,” said Bob Goedken, general manager, Yamaha Corporation of America, AV Division. “In addition, he already has a very successful track record with many of Yamaha’s key accounts over the years.”

Before coming to Yamaha, Mark spent more than 12 years with Panasonic, where he most recently held the position of regional sales manager and was responsible for home and personal audio products for 13 Western states. Prior to that, he held the positions of senior product category manager and group sales manager at the company.

Mark lives in southern California with his wife and two teenage sons.
