Media Décor Says It Can Do More

Media Décor says that when it comes to choosing high quality art to hide your client’s TV, there is a difference. The Ft. Lauderdale-based manufacturer says that it can offer clients more artists, styles, genres, mediums, interpretations, categories, and limited editions than any other moving art manufacturer.

Judith Sexton, V.P. of Media Décor, says that Media Décor offers more than 2,500 artwork choices, and that the company’s portfolio continues to expand and evolve. “Our Limited Edition Artists, who have won numerous awards, make their work available to us in very limited quantities–as few as 20 pieces–which increases their exclusive value to the customer, especially when you consider that most limited editions are made available in quantities of 300 or more.”

For example, Media Décor offers the services of Emmy Award-winning TV director and digital artist Joe Dea, who can transform a client’s personal artwork into a computerized digital painting (http://joedeapaintings.com). Dea holds a degree in painting and multimedia from the Hartford Art School at the University of Hartford, and has exhibited in New York City at The Kitchen, Global Village, and the Whitney Museum.

He can digitally re-create an original work of art using traditional painting techniques–watercolors, oils, impasto, etc.–using a computer, digitizing tablet, stylus, and painting software. Digital painting differs from other forms of digital art and computer-generated art in that it does not involve computer rendering from a model. The artist uses traditional painting techniques to create the digital painting directly on the computer.

If an original painting is desired and a client has a particular artist in mind, Media Décor also says that it can provide a blank canvas sized to fit the specific Media Décor Moving Art system and frame ordered for a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

“Media Décor is very flexible when it comes to options,” Sexton said. “From our stock options, limited editions, digital paintings, commissioned art, and blank canvases, we can also reproduce a customer’s high-resolution digital image of an original painting, family portrait, photograph, or company logo, and more. And, if you know of an artist or style of painting that’s not on our website and it’s available within copyright law, we we’ll do our best to locate the image for you.”

From Moving Art on Canvas to, Art Lifts to Mirrors, Media Décor offers personalized designer solutions that can be configured with a choice of over 500 frame styles, and more than 2,500 works of art, according to the company.
