Enblink is turning Android TV-powered devices into home-automation hubs.
Enblink’s USB stick allows Android TV-powered devices to serve as home-automation hubs. The $89 Enblink USB device previously turned only Google TV-powered devices into a hub. Via a software upgrade available late last week, the Android-based USB stick plugs into Android-TV set-top boxes such as the Google Nexus Player, TVs powered by the Android TV OS, and other Android TV-powered devices such as gaming consoles and mini-PCs, the company said.
The stick is available at Amazon, Smarthome.com and Enblink.com, which is offering a limited-time discount of $45.99.
