K-array Speaker

Thunder-KSC18P

The Thunder-KSC18P is a passive 18-inch subwoofer with a fixed impedance of 4 ohms and has been specifically designed for home cinema. With its small footprint and the extended low-end response, this subwoofer was designed for spaces in the home where LF contour reinforcement and sound effects ask for impact and deep bass.

The enclosure includes a single 18-inch neodymium magnet with a 4.5-inch voice coil to acoustically optimize for operation at high SPL in demanding conditions. Peaking at 134 dB and extending down to 20 Hz, the KSC18P will maintain sound performance in any room.

Domino-KFC26

The all new Domino-KFC26, with a peak SPL of 115 dB and fixed impedance, is the most suitable full-range K-array speaker for home cinema applications and for all other uses where a wider audio coverage is required. The speakers are comprised of a 6-inch neodymium magnet woofer, a 1.1-inch dome tweeter, and a 6-inch passive radiator to extend the bass response in lower-end frequencies.

Designed as a passive speaker, the less than 5 inches deep, stainless steel Domino-KFC26 can be transformed into a self-powered speaker just by inserting the specific amplifier accessory. With a diminutive depth and a lightweight form, the KFC26 has 140-degree horizontal and vertical coverage sure the cover the most important areas in the room. Accessories are available to make installation even easier — the KWF26 will support the KFC26 to be flushed into the wall or ceiling.

To add to these already defined cabinets, K-array has developed, refined, and customized finishing for Marine applications that can resist harsh weather conditions and oxidation caused by salt. K-array also has the ability to customize any project by color matching the system to any RAL code, Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams color, and provide luxurious finishes to help to better integrate the speakers into a wide variety of residential areas.

K-array will be showcasing an extensive line of residential audio and lighting solutions in Dallas, Tex., at the 2022 CEDIA Expo. Experience live audio demonstrations and hands-on touring of the latest K-array products during the expo at booth #26081, Sept 29 – Oct.1st, 2022.
