HiFiMAN has announced that the HE-300 Headphone is now available at a lower price of $249.

The HE-300 is a dynamic headphone that can be used with a conventional amplifier or portable audio device.
The HE-300 features a lighter weight than typical full-size headphones, along with special, over-the-ear earpads and a flexible cable so that the HiFiMAN headphones can be enjoyed for hours on end.
“Though the HE-300 is our least expensive, full-size headphone, make no mistake, it is an excellent product outperforming headphones at two to three times its price,” said Dr. Fang Bian, founder and president of HiFiMAN. “Yet despite its great sound, the HE-300’s high sensitivity allows it to be used with everyday devices such as an iPod or iPhone.”
