Honeywell has added two new additions to its family of 5834 Compact Wireless Keys — the 5834-4EN Enhanced Four-Button and 5834-2 Two-Button models. The first model in the series, the 5834-4, was released earlier this year.
Honeywell has expanded its family of 5834 Compact Wireless Keys.
The 5834-EN features a plated bezel design and a choice of changeable silver, red or blue keyrings. It also contains four buttons that can be programmed with up to eight functions including contacting the police, fire department or other emergency services via the central station.
The 5834-4EN and 5834-2 are over 15-percent smaller than previous Honeywell keyfobs. They feature real-time LED confirmation of transmission status and tactile, recessed keys designed to help reduce end-user created false alarms. They are compatible with Honeywell’s 5800 series of wireless products and support both standard and encrypted modes.
