Nortek Security & Control LLC (NSC) has introduced a three-year limited warranty on select 2GIG GC2 and GC3 panels and compatible cell radio modules, effective May 1, 2018.
According to Nortek Security & Control president Mike O’Neal, the new three-year limited warranty gives dealers and channel partners another strong advantage when specifying and installing 2GIG security & control solutions.
“There is a reason 2GIG products are trusted by millions,” O’Neal said. “Everything we do in design and manufacturing of our products is to earn that trust with exceptional reliability and performance. We control the entire process, from the design and engineering to the manufacturing, which we do in our own facility.”
As a testament to product quality, NSC is ISO-certified, both at the headquarters where design and engineering is done, and at the NSC-owned factory where ISO certification verifies effective control of the manufacturing processes that are in place to minimize the risk of manufacturing errors.
“While innovation is our focus, reliability is our foundation,” O’Neal added. “The new three-year limited warranty gives security dealers installing 2GIG products another clear benefit they can share with their customers.”
The new warranty extends to customers who buy direct from Nortek Security & Control or through the company’s authorized distributors.
