OmniMount has introduced the Axis Series, two fully enclosed furniture solutions designed for gear-heavy set-ups. The pieces offer multiple shelves for components and remote-friendly glass doors.

The Axis Series consists of two models: Axis VT, an enclosed video table, and Axis AT, an enclosed audio tower. Both pieces feature enclosed component storage with push-to-open black glass doors that allow for remote control operation while keeping components hidden. Flow through ventilation ensures equipment has room to breath and the hinged back panels provide easy access to connect cables or increase airflow. The interiors are complete with adjustable shelves to accommodate any size components.
“We began seeing a trend of gear-heavy home theater set-ups that include A/V receivers, Blu-ray players, DVRs and multiple gaming systems — and realized that traditional home theater furniture doesn’t typically have the capacity to manage all that equipment,” said Zach Eyman, general manager of furniture and business development for OmniMount. “The Axis Series was designed to address those customers who should be housing all of their AV equipment in a centralized rack, but want the accessibility and design expected from home theater furniture.”
