Completely weatherproof, Peerless-AV’s UltraView TVs give homeowners an affordable option to add digital entertainment to their outdoor living spaces. Available in 49-inch, 55-inch, or 65-inch models, the TVs are equipped with an LED backlight to provide HD video in 1080p. The UltraView TVs also come with an IP68 rated waterproof and dustproof universal remote that can be programmed to control up to three additional devices. “With warmer weather upon us, we are thrilled to offer a new line of solutions ideal for homeowners looking to enhance their outdoor living at a fraction of the cost of some other outdoor displays on the market,” said Todd Mares, director of emerging technologies, Peerless-AV. “It’s a common misconception that indoor TVs can be used for outdoor viewing, but lacking screen brightness and a durable build, they cannot withstand extreme temperatures and conditions. The UltraView line provides customers with reasonably priced, quality options.” The UltraView TVs are functional for all seasons, built with weatherproof internal speakers and the ability to operate at a range of -24 degrees F to 122 degrees F, offering users confidence in the TV’s quality and performance. With a fully sealed design, there is no need to change filters or service the TV, creating a low maintenance entertainment solution for year-round use. Installation of the UltraView TVs is best suited for shaded outdoor areas, and out of direct sunlight. Peerless-AV’s 49-and 55-inch UltraView TVs are available now through Peerless-AV direct sales representatives and authorized distribution networks. The 65-inch UltraView TV will be available in July 2016.
