Sony Announces BRAVIA TV, Home Audio, and Projector Lineups for 2025 — Updated with TV and Audio Pricing

Includes the new BRAVIA Projector 7 and the BRAVIA 8 II flagship QD-OLED.

Sony Electronics has announced the 2025 lineups of its BRAVIA Theater home audio products, BRAVIA TVs, and BRAVIA projectors.

The new BRAVIA Theater lineup utilizes numerous speaker positions to create an immersive, localized sound field comparable to the cinematic experience, while staying true to the creative intent. The new range includes the BRAVIA Theater Bar 6 (3.1.2-channel soundbar with a wireless subwoofer), the BRAVIA Theater System 6 (5.1-channel home theater system), and the BRAVIA Theater Rear 8 (rear speakers).

  • BRAVIA Theater Bar 6: The BRAVIA Theater Bar 6 is a 3.1.2-channel soundbar offering immersive surround sound, clear dialog, and a wireless subwoofer with Dolby Atmos/DTS:X. With Sony’s upmixer technology, listeners can experience three-dimensional surround sound with surround sound formats and stereo content. For clear dialog and a precise sound image, a dedicated center speaker ensures crystal-clear voice reproduction even in the busiest scenes. Paired with a compatible BRAVIA TVVoice Zoom 3 powered by AI (Artificial Intelligence) machine learning that recognizes human voices and amplifies or reduces their volume so even faint dialog sounds loud and clear.

The BRAVIA Projector 7, powered by BRAVIA XR Processor for projector, which optimizes Sony’s cutting-edge BRAVIA TV video processing for projection, joins the existing comprehensive BRAVIA lineup that includes the BRAVIA Projector 9 (VPL-XW8100ES) and BRAVIA Projector 8 (VPL-XW6100ES).
