Vanco International has announced EVO-IP Go: a cost-effective AV-over-IP solution designed for fast deployment and user-friendly management.
EVO-IP Go is built on the EVO-IP platform and streamlined for simplicity and accessibility. This plug-and-play solution is designed to run on a dedicated network using managed or unmanaged switches. EVO-IP Go transmitter/receiver boxes discover each other automatically, with no control box, VLAN, or complicated configuration required. When used with Power-over-Ethernet-enabled switches, EVO-IP Go’s PoE capabilities further simplify installation.
EVO-IP Go delivers high-resolution HDMI up to 4K@30 Hz, with analog audio breakout and a signal transmission range of up to 120m (394 ft). EVO-IP Go also supports square-configuration video walls with up to 5X5 displays. In terms of control, the solution supports RS-232 passthrough and CEC control for display on/off. The EVO-IP Go app, available on iOS and Android, allows users to toggle display power and switch sources using a mobile, tablet, or desktop device.
EVO-IP Go is the latest entry in Vanco’s growing family of EVO-IP solutions, curated to suit a wide range of applications. EVO-IP 1.0, Vanco’s original AVoIP platform, delivers 4K@30 Hz video with expanded flexibility and integration options, including the ability to create digital signage overlays and multiview or custom videowall layouts. EVO-IP 2.0 offers even greater flexibility, with fully routable independent signal mapping for audio, video, and KVM; support for eARC and Dante; and 4K@60 Hz video resolution.
