The RX-V379 offers 4K UltraHD video pass-through via HDMI 2.0 4K / 60p 4:2:0 (four inputs/one output) for watching content in this super high-resolution format. The model’s HDCP 2.2 compatibility enables it to work with the many 4K streaming devices and Blu-ray disc players that support this copyright protection standard, as well as the many more that are expected to be introduced in the future. It also offers a full complement of HD Audio format decoding, including Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS-HD High Resolution Audio.
