Screen Research and Grace Motif Secure Distribution Deal

June 5, 2014
Adeo Screen of Poland, owners of Screen Research, a line of high-performance projection screens, have partnered with Scottsdale, AZ based, Grace Motif, a national distributor of specialty residential and commercial audio/video (AV) products. Starting this month, Grace Motif will act as the exclusive North American distributor for Screen Research for the residential custom installation market.
Screen Research

The Screen Research line, established in 2001 and acknowledged as the company that redefined acoustically transparent projection screens, has been successfully distributed by Grace Motif in the commercial markets since January 2014. With the additional responsibilities of growing the brand in the residential market, Grace Motif’s founder and CEO John Caldwell’s participation comes full circle with Screen Research. Caldwell was integral to the brand’s launch and wide spread adoption of its proprietary 4k ready, acoustically transparent woven screen technology by his previous firm, StJohn Group from 2001 to 2007.

Screen Research’s international sales director, Maximilian Ramp stated, “Adeo is pleased to expand our partnership with Grace Motif into the residential market. Their vast experience with our products combined with the company’s proven service and sales capabilities is a natural fit for us. John Caldwell was significant in changing the perception of what a quality screen is. From something your look at to something you look and listen to. Thanks to the fine efforts of our previous distributor, SRIus Importers of New England, our brand is well positioned for the transition to Grace Motif.”

John Caldwell, CEO of Arizona-based Grace Motif added, “As someone who has been close to Screen Research from day one, we are thrilled to once again shepherd this outstanding brand in North America. Dealers can expect top shelf service and generous value-added support. We will create superior value by providing “multi-line” discounts for our dealers who can incorporate our exclusive specialty projector and speaker brands into their projects. Screen Research is a high quality brand committed to providing the custom installation and commercial markets with the highest level of customer service available for their video projection needs. At Grace Motif, we are not just concerned with how the picture looks. Rather, through our products and personal service, we are committed to providing specialists with the ability to reconcile the entire audio and video experience for their discerning clients. So the value proposition is very high.”

Dealers and manufacturers sales reps are now being added in key open markets. Grace Motif will review dealer status with existing dealers and offer new dealer agreements.
