Rockleigh, NJ–Providing its dealers with an intelligent Active RFID module for fully integrated control systems, Crestron has added Wavetrend Technologies, Inc. as the newest addition to its Integrated Partner Program. The new Wavetrend module allows Crestron dealers to easily install active RFID functionality in any residential or commercial system and create unique features based on individual RFID tags.
The new Wavetrend module affords Crestron dealers the ability to incorporate the Wavetrend portfolio of products in short and ultra-long-range RFID solutions. The module includes support for Wavetrend tags, readers, antennas and interfaces and allows integrators to provide access to the full range of control functions for each of these unique products.
Wavetrend designs, develops and deploys proven, high-performance active RFID products and solutions worldwide. Wavetrend active RFID solutions for asset tracking and access control have been successfully deployed across a wide range of vertical markets, and will enable Crestron dealers to improve system performance while optimizing control functionality.
