In our series of #CEDIAShares blogs, we’re talking with exhibitors about the hottest technologies and trends they’re looking to see at CEDIA Expo.
Q&A with Rodrigo Arrambide, general manager – Americas, Devialet.
Why exhibit at CEDIA Expo 2026?
We want to exhibit at CEDIA because it’s the most important show of the year for the CI market. We were absent for a few years while the company was realigning its strategy. We have great products for custom integrators and have also enhanced our infrastructure to support our existing and growing footprint. We’re looking forward to seeing our clients and introducing our brand to new ones.
What is the most exciting trend you expect to see at the show?
AI will be everywhere, but the real story is which manufacturers convert it into genuine value for users and installers versus who leans on it as a buzzword. We have already put that philosophy into practice with our portable speaker. The Devialet Mania portable speaker uses AI-powered 360-degree sound optimization that analyzes a room in real time and adjusts output accordingly, so the technology is solving a real acoustic problem, not just checking a marketing box. Our CEO has said AI will eventually be part of every Devialet product, and that’s the direction we’re heading, but only where it earns its place. That’s the bar we’re holding ourselves to.
What will you focus on at the show?
We’re laser-focused on two things: the launch of our new rep firm approach, making sure we meet with the right people and provide the coverage our retailers and installers deserve nationwide, and showcasing the Devialet Phantom Ultimate CI, our new custom-integration speaker line with native Dante and AES67 connectivity. It’s the first time we’ve brought the full Devialet acoustic signature into a professional, wired ecosystem built specifically for integrators, and CEDIA is the right stage to introduce it.
