Anuva Automation, the Florida-based manufacturer of TiO (Turn it On) brand automation products, has appointed Sanjay Patel, formerly CFO of the company, to president, effective immediately. Mike Anderson, former president, will continue working with Anuva/TiO as a consultant, leading the sales and marketing initiatives for the company.
“We’re thrilled that we exceeded our product development goals by CEDIA EXPO,” said Sanjay Patel, president of Anuva Automation/TiO. “As we continue through the ownership transition, I’m excited to lead the next phase for the TiO brand. Mike has been instrumental in helping us grow TiO into a strong and healthy brand for the integration community and we look forward to continuing to work with him to grow the company with his sales and marketing expertise.”
In addition, Rick Schell was brought on to serve as CFO for the Anuva companies. Schell, a former partner with KPMG Peat Marwick, is a CPA and has served in senior financial management and operating positions at small to medium sized firms, specializing in in commercial and manufacturing industries.
The TiO home automation product line was designed with a “keep it simple” approach in mind, making the system easy to configure and fun to use. Users are able to make the TiO system fit to their needs and easily create Moods and Experiences customized to their lifestyle. Using TiOConnect, virtually any IP product can be added and controlled by the TiO ecosystem. TiO is also a ‘Works with Nest’ partner.
