Atlona has entered into the Brazilian market through a new distributor agreement with Som Maior.
With the new partnership, Som Maior will distribute Atlona’s complete line of matrix switchers and other solutions to AV dealers and systems integrators in the Brazilian high-end residential AV market.
“As one of Brazil’s largest audio and video distributors, Som Maior has the high visibility, technology know-how, and local market expertise to ensure maximum success for our switcher family and other solutions,” said Matthew Bute, senior director of global sales at Atlona. “With Som Maior, we’re able to immediately establish our presence in Brazil with full-territory coverage by a highly respected partner and leader in the residential AV marketplace.”

Atlona and Som Maior will launch their partnership across the region via customer seminars, trainings, and other events scheduled in March and April.
