“Mike and his crew did an incredible job in a tough market and garnered the Representative of the Year award in their first year as a rep company for the rapidly expanding line of Da-Lite Home Theater projection screen products,” Drook said. “L.P. Hench Company is one of the outstanding rep firms in the country. We couldn’t be more pleased with the performance of L.P. Hench Company and the support they provide in marketing the Da-Lite brand in Florida and Puerto Rico.”
“L.P. Hench Company was founded 40 years ago by my father. Les Hench,” stated Michael Hench. “Since our founding, we’ve strived to be the best in our industry and represent the premier brands in the consumer electronics market. With the addition of Da-Lite, we’ve seen a tremendous increase, not only in our projection screen sales, but also our projector sales. The custom home theater products, the new JKP Affinity Screens and outstanding customer support demonstrate Da-Lite’s commitment to the home theater market. We’re proud to accept this award and look forward to winning it again.”
Twelve years after it was founded in 1968, Michael joined L.P. Hench Company in 1980 and eventually worked his way to president of the company. Today, L.P. Hench Company serves a broad customer base in Florida and Puerto Rico, offering product lines in the audio video, control, lighting control, whole-house distribution systems, and related products.
