D&M Holdings Inc. announced that Danielle Kohler is joining the company in the newly created position of North America product manager for headphones.
In her new position, Kohler will be based at D&M’s Mahwah headquarters and will help create strategies and marketing initiatives for the launch of new headphone products from D&M consumer brands. She will report to Petro Shimonishi, senior global product manager headphones.
“As we prepare to introduce a wide range of new products in 2012, D&M will be launching a variety of initiatives that will build awareness of our brand among a younger demographic and will help drive customers to our dealers Danielle will be an integral part of this effort,” said Shimonishi. “Her proven success in establishing new product categories, identifying growth opportunities and developing business alliances will be invaluable to us as we work to increase our presence and build our market share in the increasingly important, rapidly evolving headphone category.”
Kohler brings over eight years of product management experience in well recognized consumer products companies to D&M. Most recently, she served as director of product management for Emerson Radio, where she was responsible for crafting new product strategies and managing the launch of new products. She began her career at De’Longhi America where she was product manager for Kitchen Electrics and managed over 60 products in five product categories.
Danielle is a graduate of the Seton Hall University with a BA in Business Administration. She and her family currently reside in New Jersey.
