D-Tools Adds to Customer Care

New web tool allows customers to create and manage issues without having to call customer support.

Concord, CA–D-Tools’ Customer Care Portal is now available to users of D-Tools’ System Integrator software. The web tool allows current users to easily create and track technical support cases, check license keys, and leave comments, all without having to call D-Tools Customer Support. They will also have immediate access to help videos, the D-Tools knowledge base and the D-Tools forum. Users will also benefit from a new feature that will allow them to type in an error message received from the software and a get an immediate response from the system.
