Chanhassen, MN–Remote Technologies Inc. (RTI) has added 500 new IR files to its online code database. This enhancement came at the heel of the companys move last summer to triple the size of its previous code library. The latest file additions contain codes for products such as the Apple iPod and Windows Media Center,
“An important corporate mission at RTI is finding control solutions for the custom installation industry and providing dealers with intuitive user interfaces, thus adding value on every job,” said Pete Baker, director of sales at RTI. “Given the rapidly expanding universe of the home automation industry, it is absolutely imperative for our system controllers to keep current with all the new codes.”
Installers who wish to obtain the latest IR codes for their remotes should visit www.rticorp.com, and sign-in to the dealer resource area. By simply following the instructions the entire library can be downloaded to a PC.
