SnapAV has hired John Hamilton as tech support manager.
Hamilton’s career spans product development, sales and training management positions with both consumer electronics manufacturers and systems integration companies. During his 11-year tenure as Niles Audio Corporation’s tech support manager, Hamilton established himself as an industry leader.
In his new role, Hamilton will be charged with the task of doubling the size of SnapAV’s technical support team these next 12 months. He will also handle the development of informational documents including FAQS and technical support bulletins.

Last year CE Pro Magazine awarded SnapAV’s tech support team with its 2011 Gold Quest for Quality Award.
