Recessed Steel TV Box
Arlington’s recessed Steel combination power/low voltage TV Box offers the secure, easy way to wall-mount a TV in new or old commercial work where metal raceway is used. The Listed steel TV BOX features power on one side, and low voltage in other openings for Class 2 wiring of satellite, cable TV, speakers, and other connections.
The finished job looks great and the TV mounts flush on the wall. Plugs and connectors stay inside the box, without extending past the wall. They install easily and securely in walls up to 1-1/2-inch thick. In retrofit applications, mounting wing screws hold the box in the wall. In new work, the box screw-mounts to a wood or metal stud.
Steel TV Box is available in the new single-gang size and two-, three- and four-gang styles, all with a paintable white non-metallic trim plate. Covers are available for unused two-, three-, and four-gang boxes. They keep the boxes clean until the TV is installed.
The Spacer
The Spacer, Arlington’s versatile cable spacer, holds up to eight individual cables centered on a wood or metal 2×4. Just nail or screw The Spacer to the stud. It positions, fastens and routes a single or double row of power or datacom cable and complies with NEC article 300.4(d).
Non-Metallic Heavy Duty Enclosure Boxes
Arlington’s non-metallic Enclosure Boxes are designed for protecting and securing power backups, security devices, and other valuable equipment indoors or outdoors. Shipped with time-saving, factory-installed hinged covers, these boxes meet NEMA 3R requirements for outdoor use when mounted with the hinge on top.
Available in four sizes: 12x12x4, 12x12x6, 11x11x3.,5 and 7x8x3.5 – in black or gray, the Enclosure Boxes come with or without a back plate for easy mounting and access to components before or after box installation. The back plate allows components to be pre-installed or installed at the job site.
The EB12126 (12 x 12 x 6) can be mounted with optional exterior brackets after the components are installed, or from inside the Enclosure Box.
Arlington’s Enclosure Boxes are lockable via a knockout on the front of the box for a cam lock (EBL1) or a latch that holds a padlock. They include convenient 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch knockouts.
Listed Plastic Cable Hook for Communications Cable
Available in heavy-duty plastic, Arlington’s communications CH1 Cable Hook is listed for air handling spaces and supports up to 90 Cat5e cables with bundle spread over opening. Plus, its 25-pound support rating maintains the integrity of high-performance data cable. It offers parallel or perpendicular stackability and has easy attachment to supports, beam clamps, and struts.
Commercial-Grade, Heavy-Duty Zinc, Low-Voltage Mounting Bracket
Made of commercial-grade, extra heavy-duty Zinc, Arlington’s new single gang LV1M Mounting Bracket offers extra rigidity so it won’t bend like plastic. Its threaded holes deliver easy, fast device installation — saving on labor — and it seats wall plates flush with the mounting surface. It is designed for for installations of Class 2 low-voltage wiring in existing construction.
