In booth 1905 at CEDIA, BidMagic will unveil Tech Calendar, a new app for iPhone and Android users that provides mobile management for field techs. The new app also sends text notifications to clients prior to scheduled appointments.
Techs can view their schedules with GPS maps and directions to jobsites. They can open work orders and service tickets with detailed notes and see the description of work. Techs can also mark tasks complete and clock in and out of the job, and can also record travel and send back notes from the field. All of this information is sent back to the office where time cards are created and progress is reviewed. Tech Calendar is designed to combine desktop power in the office with cloud flexibility in the field.
